G. Giovanni Giammarco Bio

Giovanni’s innate entrepreneurial strengths lead him to earn his real estate broker license at the very young age of twenty.  His initial fifteen years of experience was in Residential and Commercial Mortgage Brokerage/Banking.  However, he quickly leveraged his ambition and drive, assembling groups of investors to purchase REO properties.

He established his own companies, National Realty Group, Inc., NRG Financial, and NRG Management and soon realized significant success with these investments by applying his property management skills and turning these properties into positive cash-flow investments.  Over the years, Giovanni has transitioned his investment portfolio from multi-unit residential to commercial properties that include national tenants as shadow anchors. Giovanni’s natural progression led him to work more closely with commercial multi-family syndication and wealth management

With more than 35 years of experience as a licensed real estate broker, Giovanni lends his entrepreneurial expertise to each transaction and personifies the making of the art of the deal. 

Giovanni has sold more than $ 100 million in commercial and residential transactions during his career.

Giovanni further pursued and satisfied his entrepreneurial instincts when, fifteen years ago, he established the ‘luxury villa rental and sales program’ for the individual owners at Villa La Estancia, a resort of high-end luxury villas in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

In addition to all of the above, Giovanni, along with his wife of 16 years, share in the ownership of ‘Organic to Green’, a company specializing in organic beauty and spa products.  The rapid growth and success of this company are, once again, attributed to Giovanni’s entrepreneurial spirit.  The company can boast of winning the much-coveted Allure Award – a benchmark in the industry and has enjoyed a presence on leading talk shows, the inclusion within a commercial airline preferred client lounge amenity package, and proudly partners with ‘The Home Shopping Network’ both here in the United States and in Europe.

When not working toward closing the next deal, Giovanni enjoys spending time with his family, which includes his wife, four children, and three dogs.  He can often be found coaching basketball games, attending dance recitals, offering piggy-back rides or cruising the harbor in his boat, ‘Ba-da-Bing, Ba-da-Boom’.
